Put together as a cultural, ethnographic exploration of Buryatia and Yakutia – two historic regions in Siberia, the drive weaves through hamlets, forests, follows major rivers and offers a peek into land and life in equal measure.

Cost per head – Rs. 3,00,000 per head (4-person shared car)
Rs. 4,00,000 per head (2-person shard car)

Includes:

  • On road navigation, leadership & guidance
  • Your visa fees and travel insurance
  • 4wd expedition ready Toyota Landcruiser or similar vehicle
  • All fuel expenses for the drive
  • On road minor repair and recovery
  • Services of a mechanic, and local guides
  • All accommodation as is available enroute on twin sharing basis – guesthouses, 3 star hotels, homestays – all basis availability
  • Food – all meals for entire duration of the expedition; food will be basic, whatever is locally available

  • Entrance fees to museums at Yakutsk and Magadan

  • Snack dump for each vehicle
  • Emergency Medical First Response through a certified EMT

Excludes:

  • 5% GST
  • Alcoholic and soft drinks during trip
  • Medical, luggage and travel insurance
  • Personal, medical expenses if any arise
  • Any meals not mentioned in the inclusions
  • Others not mentioned above in the ‘fee includes’

Please Note – the cost has been calculated keeping a group size of 12 in mind, any fluctuation in actual number of participants may impact the cost per person.

Booking

  • This is a demanding expedition – Only for those who have participated in overland trips before, are willing to rough it out, and willing to take adversity and uncertainty in their stride. 
  • Participation will be on first come first serve basis only. Your participation will get confirmed only when you pay us a booking advance.
  • To make a booking, pay up a 25% booking advance. This will help us secure your seat and book your flight ticket. The rest may be paid anytime 60 days prior to start of event.
  • Book before the 15th of February to avail of a INR40,000 discount.

Cancellation:

Any cancellation from side of participant due to any reason:

  • 30 or less than 30 days prior to start of event – no refund
  • 31 – 60 days prior to start of event – 75% refund
  • More than 60 days prior to start of event – 90% refund.

In the eventuality of WBB having to cancel the trip at any point due to unforeseen
circumstances beyond their control, the cancellation will be as follows:

  • 45 or less from start of event: 90% refund
  • Greater than 45 days – full refund
